Need to provide proof of insurance?

For vehicles financed at Coastal, you must provide proof of insurance by uploading a copy of your declaration page to www.wehaveinsurance.com, or you can fax a copy of your declaration page to 1-866-266-7898.
If you need to speak to an agent, call 1-800-635-5142 or 409-765-6067, select option 8, or punch in extension 200.

The declarations page should show the following:
•    Coastal listed as loss payee/lienholder as follows: Coastal Community FCU, 2302 Church St., Galveston, TX 77550
•    Comprehensive and collision coverage
•    Deductibles for comprehensive and collision (the deductible must not exceed $1,000)
•    Borrower and insured name
•    Policy number and insurance company name
•    Coverage effective and renewal date
•    Correct collateral description, including the year, make, model, and complete VIN
